Hi, I’m Matt, a certified Peer Support Specialist and a Grassroots Advocate with the International OCD Foundation. Here to walk along side you in your recovery journey every step of the way and kick OCD’s butt together! If I can recover, so can you!
I offer a 1-to-1 safe, non-judgemental, compassionate space. where we can share lived experiences in a mutual confidential setting.
This will be a place of sharing hope, belief, empathy, empowerment, encouragement, inspiration, mutuality, resources and validation.
Where we can navigate the journey of recovery together with me walking along side you every step of the way.
To always know you are not alone, that you are the expert in your recovery journey and you can overcome anything.

The classic OCD & Visual Tourettic OCD Warrior Badass Tribe virtual support group provides a space that comes with a sense of solidarity, empowerment, and understanding for individuals living with classic OCD & Visual Tourettic OCD.
By offering a supportive, respectful and empathetic environment to elevate each other mutually and kick OCD/anxieties butt together!
If you, loved ones and family are enthusiastic gamers this group is for you!
The OCD Warrior Badass Tribe: Game & Vibe support group is a place where everyone can join virtually around the world.
It will be a fun, safe and a collaborative space to support each other while in the gaming verse!

Here is my story of overcoming Visual Tourettic OCD and having the honour of being a guest on Your Anxiety Toolkit hosted by the amazing Kimberley Quinlan!
1-on-1 Virtual Peer Support sessions are conducted in a safe, non-judgemental, private and confidential space.
Anyone who is going through challenges, adversities or difficult moments in their life can benefit from Peer Support. To know that you are not alone, you are seen, you are heard and you are understood.
In a short answer, no. Peer support relationships are different from traditional clinician-patient relationships and are not based on medical models. Instead, peer support provides mental health benefits through empathy, validation and mutuality that comes from dealing with similar lived experiences. To normalise. Peer Support can be a great addition with therapy. To empower, motivate, share and support in a mutual setting.

All games will be a fun & friendly mixture of action, fantasy, racing, RPG, sports and sci-fi. All games will also range from exclusives and cross-platform so everyone has a chance to join in on the gaming fun!
